Leadership Development Programs

Developing student leadership is one of the integral roles of the Student Activities Office. A variety of programs are offered to address the needs of Notre Dame students. See below for the programs that are right for you:

TEAM ND
TEAM ND is the Notre Dame Student Leadership Retreat in which leaders of the different Student Union organizations and major student programming groups are invited to participate. This event is a great opportunity for student leaders on campus to come together to plan for the upcoming school year, learn leadership skills, and collaborate within and across groups. During TEAM ND, participants attend a series of leadership development sessions and a participate in a high ropes course to focus on team building and develop individual leadership skills. Leadership Institute

Leadership for Organizations and Clubs
Leadership for Organizations and Clubs was created to provide officers and members of the over 250+ clubs and organizations on campus the tools necessary to successfully organize and run their groups. All sessions are free and open to any student. Click here for more information...

Organizational Consulting
Qualified Student Activities staff members are available to provide club and organizational consultation, workshops and other developmental services to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of your student group.
